Tutoring Primary Students Online

Utilising the Zoom platform, our Links 2 Learning tutors are able to use interesting and engaging activities to teach our students in a one-on-one environment.

Our Links 2 Learning tutors use different strategies and approaches based on individual's needs and ages. We recognise that students have different personalities and abilities and cater for the individual. Programs are based around the extensive online resources and subscriptions we have access to, using interactive and engaging activities to effectively address the underlying issues as assessed by our teachers. We are also constantly developing customised activities using software such as Smartboard to tap into the most efficient way to address the student's individual challenges.

Subscriptions to educational sites also allows for the setting of activities for home practice, if appropriate. We use worksheets in a limited way - we often find an appropriate game specific to the practice required works better.

Our tutors and teachers have extensive backgrounds in literacy and numeracy to quickly identify any underpinning issues a child might have.

All our teachers have a WWCC and are supervised.

Cost: $55 for a one-on-one (individual) fifty minute lesson. Ask about small group sessions if required.
